Cheese Stuffed Chicken Drumsticks

Yield: 4 servings



Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Spray top rack of broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Mix cheeses, bread crumbs and seasonings.

Beginning at wide end of drumstick, carefully separate skin from chicken, leaving skin attached at narrow end of bone. Fill opening with about 1 Tablespoon cheese mixture.

Place chicken on rack in broiler pan. Brush with melted butter.

Bake uncovered about 50 minutes or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
