1-1/2 | cups | milk | |

1/2 | cup | butter, melted | |

1 | can | (8 oz.) cream style corn | |
|
|||
1 | package | (8.5 oz.) corn bread mix | |
|
|||
1 | lb. | roll sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained | |
|
|||
1 | can | (4.5 oz.) green chilis, drained and chopped | |
|
|||
8 | oz. | Monterey Jack cheese, shredded | |
|
In a large mixing bowl, stir together eggs, milk, butter and corn. Add corn bread mix; stir until evenly moistened. Spread half the batter into a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
Top with half of the sausage, chilies and cheese. Pour remaining batter evenly over the top. Sprinkle with remaining sausage, chilies and cheese. Cover loosely with foil; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
