1-1/2 | lbs. | ground beef | |

3/4 | cup | quick cooking oats, uncooked | |

3/4 | cup | onion, finely chopped | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | ketchup | |
|
|||
1 | egg, lightly beaten | ||
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | soy sauce | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | garlic, minced | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine ground beef, oats, onion, ketchup, egg, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and shape into loaf. Place in greased loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until meat is completely done in center. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
