Pina Colada
National Pina Colada Day - July 10
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 | cups | ice | |

| 6 | ounces | coconut cream | |
|
|
|||
| 6 | ounces | pineapple juice | |
|
|
|||
| 3 | ounces | rum | |
|
|
|||
| Garnish: | |||
| Freshly sliced pineapple wedges | |||
|
|
|||
| Maraschino cherries | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Place the ice, coconut cream, pineapple juice and rum into a blender container.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses.
Garnish the rim of each glass with a slice of fresh pineapple, a maraschino cherry and add a straw.
